目的探讨门诊诊间预约挂号服务模式,提高门诊诊间预约率。方法开放预约权限,完善医生工作站操作界面;根据达标预约率设置专家预约数量;设置打印《门诊预约确认单》;规范医生出诊管理。结果 2012年2月至2014年4月,诊间预约日均54人次;持续改进后,2014年5月5日至2014年6月30日,诊间预约日均110人次;诊间预约日均人次明显提高,增长比例达103.7%。结论诊间预约作为医生工作站的一种预约方式,对方便患者就诊、提高医疗质量都有重要意义,值得医院大力推广。
Objective To explore outpatient appointment registration service mode to improve outpatient appointment rate. Methods Open reservation authority, improve the doctor workstation interface; according to the standard reservation rate set the number of experts booking; set to print “outpatient booking confirmation”; regulate the doctor’s visit management. Results From February 2012 to April 2014, the average daily consultation room was 54; on continuous improvement, the average daily appointment of clinic was 110 on May 5, 2014 to June 30, 2014; Significantly increased the number of passengers, the growth rate of 103.7%. Conclusion Appointment clinic as a reservation method for doctor’s workstation is of great significance to facilitate patients’ treatment and improve the quality of medical treatment, which is worth to be vigorously promoted by the hospital.
