本文对18-8型不锈钢在H2SO4-CrO3溶液中形成的干涉色转化膜进行了研究。对转化膜的耐蚀性能、耐磨性能进行了测定;用AES和ESCA等测定了棕色、蓝色、金黄色、红色、绿色转化膜的表面AES谱、转化膜中Fe、Cr、Ni、O沿深度的原子百分浓度分布;用AES和激光椭园仪测定了转化膜的厚度;用ESCA分析了转化膜中氧化物的价态,讨论了呈色原理及改善耐蚀性的原因。
In this paper, 18-8-type stainless steel in H2SO4-CrO3 solution of interference color conversion film was studied. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the conversion coating were measured. The surface AES spectra of brown, blue, golden yellow, red and green conversion coatings were measured by AES and ESCA. The conversion of Fe, Cr, Ni, O Along the depth of the atomic percent concentration distribution; using AES and laser ellipsometry measured the thickness of the conversion film; ESCA analysis of the conversion film oxide valence, discussed the principle of coloring and the reasons for improving corrosion resistance.
