利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取得到辛夷不同部位的挥发油,并用 G C- M S联用技术进行了定性分析和定量分析,测得辛夷皮、心和全蕾出油率平均分别为0.84% ,5.2% 和2.4% ;共鉴定出34 种组份,分析表明:不同部位挥发油组份相近,但出油率相差悬殊.
The volatile oil from different parts of Magnolia biondii was extracted by steam distillation, and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were carried out by G-M S method. The average extraction rates of Magnolia bark, heart and whole bud were 0.84% 5.2% and 2.4%. A total of 34 components were identified. The analysis showed that the components of volatile oil in different parts were similar, but the oil yield was quite different.
