小鼠经低剂量率(70拉德/天)γ线连续照射25天后,在继续观察的一年期间,可以见到造血干细胞和造血微环境在数量和功能上都发生了明显的改变。对照射小鼠移植同系小鼠骨髓细胞,有明显的促进造血功能恢复的作用,支持了造血干细胞在辐射损伤中的重要地位。
After continuous irradiation for 25 days at a low dose rate (70 rad/day) γ line, mice have seen significant changes in both the number and function of hematopoietic stem cells and the hematopoietic microenvironment during the one year of observation. The irradiation of mouse bone marrow cells transplanted with syngeneic mice has a significant role in promoting recovery of hematopoietic function, supporting the importance of hematopoietic stem cells in radiation injury.
