美国专门从事人际交往心理研究的大师戴尔·卡耐基提出,人之所以能取得成功,15%靠人的专业知识,85%靠人长期积累的良好人际关系。不难看出,人的成功离不开人际关系的支持。然而,笔者通过人际交往问卷调查统计结果却发现,普遍高职学生都存在人际交往障碍,以至于其学习、实习实践出现严重的互动合作问题。基于此,笔者结合自身工作经验与敏感性训练理论,在本文着重分析了敏感性训练在破除高职人际交往障碍中发挥的作用。
Dale Carnegie, a guru who specializes in interpersonal psychology in the United States, put forward that human beings can make a success 15% rely on people’s professional knowledge and 85% rely on people’s long-term good relationships. It is not hard to see that human success can not be separated from the support of human relations. However, according to the questionnaire survey results of interpersonal communication, the author finds that there are interpersonal obstacles in the general higher vocational students, so that their learning and internship practice have serious problems of interactive cooperation. Based on this, the author combines his own work experience and sensitivity training theory, this article focuses on analyzing the role of sensitivity training in breaking the barrier of interpersonal communication in higher vocational education.
