石油企业运行成本中油井的费用绝大部分源于钻井成本。钻井部门始终在寻求降低成本的方法并有效地加以实施。本文所开发的钻井综合信息管理与应用系统(DCIMAS)就是收集、存储、充分利用有效的井眼数据和所有与钻井实施过程相关信息的平台。它主要由三个部分组成:数据的收集与传输系统、数据仓库管理系统(DW)和核心综合平台。在应用平台的支持下,井场的相关操作数据通过信号发射装置和ETL(提取、转化、装载)工具箱电子信号发射到数据仓库传入数据仓库管理系统。有了高品质的数据,中心任务是要更加充分的利用所有的数据与信息来进行钻井分析和为今后的生产过程提供参考。文章中也描述了钻井信息数据仓库的建立过程。多层数据仓库的各个层集成在一个统一的平台上成为应用系统。该系统应用表明,各部门的工程师们很少花费时间去处理数据,而是在各自的实际工作中更多地应用此项技术。
The cost of oil wells in operating costs of oil companies is largely due to drilling costs. The drilling department is always looking for ways to reduce costs and effectively implement it. The developed Drilling Integrated Information Management and Application System (DCIMAS) developed in this paper is a platform to collect, store and make use of effective borehole data and all relevant information about the drilling implementation process. It is mainly composed of three parts: data collection and transmission system, data warehouse management system (DW) and core integrated platform. With the support of the application platform, the relevant operation data of the wellsite is transmitted to the data warehouse through the signal transmitting device and ETL (extraction, conversion, loading) toolbox electronic signal to the data warehouse management system. With high-quality data, the central task is to make fuller use of all data and information for drilling analysis and to provide a reference for future production processes. The article also describes the establishment of drilling information data warehouse. The various layers of multi-tier data warehouse integrated into a unified platform to become an application system. The application of this system shows that engineers in various departments rarely spend time processing data, but rather apply this technology more in their practical work.
