目的了解进城务工人员随迁小学生的日常刷牙行为及其与家长口腔卫生健康素养的关联性,为该类学生和家长的口腔健康教育提供参考。方法通过多阶段随机整群抽样,选取上海、广州、北京34所进城务工人员随迁子女小学四年级学生4 166名和家长3 941名,问卷调查基本人口学特征、家长口腔卫生健康素养水平和学生刷牙行为。结果家长口腔健康素养普遍较低,认知能力、评价能力和运用能力素养持有率分别为16.2%,60.0%和12.9%。“六龄牙的重要性”、评价“牙齿健康的自我保护能动性”和评价“口腔健康的重要性”这三项知晓率较高,分别为80.7%,85.2%和94.5%。知晓“含氟牙膏的抗龋作用”、家长做到“经常帮助孩子刷牙”和做到“经常帮孩子检查牙齿是否刷干净”报告率较低,分别为26.4%,19.1%和27.9%。口腔健康素养高的家长其子女刷牙行为较好。家长口腔评价能力素养和运用素养持有率与学生正确刷牙有强相关性(调整OR值分别为1.42和1.37)。结论进城务工家长口腔卫生健康素养有待提升,家长口腔卫生健康素养与小学生子女刷牙行为密切相关。
Objective To understand the daily brushing behavior of migrant workers attending migrant workers and their association with parents’ oral hygiene health literacy, and to provide reference for the oral health education of these students and their parents. Methods By means of multistage random cluster sampling, 4 166 primary school students and 3 941 parents of migrant children primary school students from 34 migrant workers in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing were selected. The basic demographic characteristics of questionnaires, oral hygiene health literacy level of parents and Student brushing behavior. Results The oral health literacy of parents was generally low, and their cognitive ability, evaluation ability and ability to use literacy were 16.2%, 60.0% and 12.9% respectively. The importance of six-year-old teeth, evaluation of dental self-protection initiative and evaluation of the importance of oral health were high, with 80.7%, 85.2% and 94.5% respectively %. Know the “anti-caries effect of fluorine-containing toothpaste”, parents do “often help children brush their teeth” and “low rate of regular checkup of teeth for children” was 26.4%, 19.1 % And 27.9%. Parents of children with high oral health have good brushing behavior. Parents oral evaluation of literacy and use of literacy holds a strong correlation with the correct brushing of students (adjusted OR values were 1.42 and 1.37, respectively). Conclusion Oral health health literacy for migrant workers should be improved. Oral health health literacy of parents is closely related to brushing behavior of pupils.
