在毛主席革命路线指引下,由煤炭科学研究院负责设计,洛阳矿山机器厂加工配套的我国第一台竖井试验钻机,于1969年元月交付我处试验。六年来,我们用这台试验钻机在淮北地区共钻凿了五个井筒。其技术经济指标见表1。钻井月成井速度由17.1米提高到60.66米;成本由第一口井10266元/米,下降到5576元/米。井筒质量也完全达到设计要求。实践证明:钻井法完全符合总路线的精神,具有作业安全,速度快,质量好,成本低,劳动强度轻等优点。运用这种先进的方法钻井,不仅能够有效地通过流沙、含水等复杂地层,而且一切工序在地面操作,从根本上改变了井下施工中低温、淋水等恶劣的劳动条件,大大减轻了劳动强度。建井工人无限感激地说:“千年铁树开了花,打井不用人工挖,多年理想变现实,感谢领袖毛主席。”
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary route, the Institute of Coal Science was responsible for the design. The first pilot drill rig in China, supported by the Luoyang Mining Machinery Plant, was delivered to our office in January 1969. In the past six years, we have used this experimental rig to drill five wellbores in the Huaibei region. Its technical and economic indicators are shown in Table 1. The speed of drilling wells was increased from 17.1 meters to 60.66 meters; the cost was lowered from the first well to 10,576 yuan/meter, to 5,576 yuan/meter. Wellbore quality also fully meets design requirements. Practice has proved that the drilling method is in full compliance with the spirit of the general line, with the advantages of operational safety, speed, good quality, low cost, light labor intensity and so on. Drilling with this advanced method can not only effectively pass through complicated layers such as quicksand and water, but also all operations are performed on the ground, fundamentally changing the poor working conditions such as low temperature and water in the underground construction, and greatly reducing labor intensity. . The well construction workers said infinitely and gratefully: “The millenium of Tieshu blossomed and the well was not dug by hand. The ideals of many years became reality. Thank you, Chairman Mao.”
