试验合成了泡沫性能良好的新型耐低温PDS-18阳离子捕收剂,并且用于反浮选硅酸盐类矿物,取得了良好的浮选指标。用十二胺和PDS-18作为组合捕收剂对武钢磁铁矿进行反浮选试验,试验结果显示,PDS-18具有良好的捕收能力和消泡性,在不同温度下药剂的浮选性能较稳定。对武钢磁铁矿进行反浮选试验,试验结果显示,当原矿品位为54.46%,十二胺用量为50 g/t,PDS-18用量为250 g/t时,得到精矿品位60.34%,回收率为81.20%,选矿效率为30.79%的优良指标。同时在相同捕收剂用量的试验条件下,用PDS-18与十二胺进行消泡试验,试验结果显示,PDS-18泡沫产生量明显小于十二胺,泡沫消除的速率也远高于十二胺。
