近年我国公务员录用考试对法律知识的考查出现了:考题的比重较为稳定;逐渐增强专业化、多样化;紧贴法学发展脉搏;公法知识考题仍然占大比重,但逐渐重视考查私法、社会法等发展趋势。在此基础上应当加大法律知识的考查力度,继续完善公务员选拔制度。
In recent years, China’s civil servant recruitment examination of legal knowledge appeared: the proportion of test questions is relatively stable; gradual increase in specialization and diversification; close to the development of law pulse; public law knowledge test still accounts for a large proportion, but gradually pay attention to test private law, social law development trend. On this basis, we should intensify the examination of legal knowledge and continue to improve the system of selecting civil servants.
