翻供是指涉案当事人推翻口供的行为。翻供可能在各阶段发生,但翻供的根源和指向都是侦查阶段。基于理论提升和实践指导的考虑,从实证角度研究和分析犯罪嫌疑人的翻供问题就具有十分重要的价值和意义。通过以在押重大刑事案件的犯罪嫌疑人为研究样本,首先统计和分析了当前犯罪嫌疑人翻供的基本状况,接着从犯罪嫌疑人翻供的外在行为表现和深层心理动机两个角度对犯罪嫌疑人的翻供进行了统计和分析,并提出了一些思考和建议。期望相关的研究结果对理论研究者和实务工作者准确认识犯罪嫌疑人的翻供问题提供有益的启发。
Confession refers to the parties involved in overthrowing the confession. Replenishment may take place at all stages, but the root cause and direction of concessions are the investigation stage. Based on the consideration of theoretical improvement and practical guidance, it is of great value and significance to study and analyze the issue of criminal suspects’ turning over from an empirical point of view.
