采用不同脉冲能量激光对Inconel X-750镍基合金试样进行激光喷丸(LP)强化处理,研究了不同条件下试样的热腐蚀行为,阐述了激光喷丸改善抗热腐蚀性能的机理。结果表明,LP试样的腐蚀速度明显低于未处理试样的,且激光脉冲能量越高,LP试样的腐蚀速度越低。未处理试样在热腐蚀60h后出现了两层腐蚀层,外部腐蚀层严重腐蚀并出现断裂和剥落现象。LP试样在腐蚀60h后只出现了内部氧化层,激光喷丸诱导的残余应力层有效避免了氧化膜破裂。
The laser shot peening (LP) was performed on the Inconel X-750 Ni-based alloy by different pulse energy laser to study the hot corrosion behavior of the samples under different conditions. The mechanism of laser shot peening to improve the hot corrosion resistance was also discussed. The results show that the LP corrosion rate is significantly lower than the untreated sample, and the higher the laser pulse energy, the lower the LP corrosion rate. The untreated sample showed two corrosion layers after hot etching for 60h, and the external corrosion layer was seriously corroded and fractured and flaked. The LP sample showed only the internal oxide layer after 60h etching, and the residual stress layer induced by laser shot peening effectively avoided the oxide film rupture.
