当前我国法律援助制度效益价值实现的障碍监控及评估机制的不完善,通过建立完善的过程监控及事后评价机制,能够有效的提高法律援助的办案质量,从而从整体上提高效益的实现程度。
At present, the barrier monitoring and evaluation mechanism to realize the value of the legal aid system in our country is imperfect. By establishing a sound process monitoring and ex-post evaluation mechanism, the quality of legal aid can be effectively improved and the overall realization of the benefit can be enhanced.
