换热器管板上的管孔内一般都有数条环形沟槽。为了提高加工内沟槽效率和质量,我厂设计制造成如图1所示的通用可调加工内沟槽工具。现简介如下: 一、工作原理及使用过程把带扁尾的外圆锥柄装入钻床主轴孔内,固定后传递扭矩。钻床主轴开动后,以定位套10下端凸肩对准管板孔进行定位。轴向进给前,压缩弹簧2,把螺旋导套1与偏心套筒3推而展开,滚子13被压向螺旋导套螺旋槽的最下端位置。当螺旋导套向下移动时,这时工件顶住定位套10即限位。螺旋导套继续向下移动时,与偏心套筒3产生相对的轴向位移,滚子13沿着螺
There are several annular grooves in the pipe hole on the heat exchanger tubesheet.
