于1985—1986年,以山西省虹鳟鱼实验场的虹鳟病鱼(7—12cm)为材料,进行鱼病研究。从病鱼肝、脾、肾中分离出致病细菌,经分类鉴定为鳗弧菌生物变种Ⅲ(新生物变种),隶属于弧菌Ⅰ组中的淡水亚组弧菌。对该菌进行的药物筛选的抑菌试验表明:62.5μg/L的强力霉素和100μg/L的鱼安(主要成分为氯代脲酸)有效,同时结合采用井水温度低于自流泉水的措施,此病可得到控制。
