在毛主席的无产阶级革命路线指引下,由大连组合机床研究所,天津电气传动设计研究所和长沙机床厂联合设计制造了一条以无触点逻辑元件控制的,有较高加工精度的后桥主减速器壳组合机床自动线。在设计制造过程中广大工人、干部和技术人员,遵照毛主席关于自力更生、艰苦奋斗、破除迷信、解放思想的伟大教导,走三结合的道路,深入实际调查研究,发扬敢想敢干的革命精神,克服了许多困难,解决了一系列关键技术问题,使该自动线于1971年在长沙机床厂试制成功,1972年又在用户厂进行了初步调试。经调试表明:该自动线能够保证工件较高的加工精度,工作基本可靠,用户厂比较满意。但是该自动线尚待在大量流水生产中考验,在今后长期的生产实践中,还可能出现一些新的问题,需要继续努力加以解决,使其性能不断完善和提高。CS—UX01自动线的外观见本刊封面。
