本文研究了闪光焊工艺对45Si2Cr钢筋焊接接头金相组织的影响规律。结果表明,采用提高二次电压和增大顶锻留量的闪光焊工艺规范,可以消除粗大魏氏组织和宏观组织缺陷,满足45Si2Cr钢筋焊接后所应达到的性能要求。
In this paper, the influence of flash welding process on microstructure of 45Si2Cr steel bar welded joints was studied. The results show that the adoption of flash welding technology to increase the secondary voltage and increase the upsetting capacity can eliminate the coarse Widmanstatten and macrostructure defects and meet the performance requirements of 45Si2Cr steel after welding.
