钛及钛合金正朝着提高综合性能、降低生产成本的方向发展。国内钛棒线材轧制加工技术还没有成熟,产品不能满足高端市场需求。对比钢热连轧生产工艺,结合钛合金自身轧制成形的特点,介绍了难变形钛合金适宜于轧制的三辊Y型轧制技术。利用轧钢线检修时的余热,实现了低温条件下钛棒线材的热连轧生产。根据目前钛材加工技术的研究现状,总结了钛棒线材热连轧生产存在的技术难题及未来展望。
Titanium and titanium alloys are moving in the direction of improving overall performance and reducing production costs. Domestic titanium rod wire rolling processing technology is not mature, the product can not meet the needs of high-end market. In comparison with the hot strip rolling process, combined with the characteristics of titanium alloy rolling, three-roll Y-type rolling technology suitable for rolling of difficult-to-shape titanium alloy is introduced. The use of hot rolled steel overheating maintenance, to achieve a low temperature conditions of hot rolling rod of titanium rod production. According to the current research status of titanium processing technology, the technical problems and future prospects of hot rolling of titanium rod and wire are summarized.
