人力资源管理是事业单位日常管理工作中的一项重要内容,对事业单位的发展有着至关重要的作用。就某种程度上来说,人力资源已经成为当前社会发展和经济增长的决定性因素,在事业单位不断深化改革的过程中,人力资源也具有重大的战略意义。随着经济的快速发展,事业单位进行着一系列的调整,其人力资源管理也在随之进行改变,但在这个过程中,人力资源管理出现的一些问题,很大程度上制约了事业单位的发展。本片文章主要针对事业单位人力资源管理的现状进行分析,理清其中需要改进的地方,并制定相应的措施加以解决,从而促进事业单位的长期可持续发展。
