破产管理人是指在破产程序中由法院指定的,负责管理破产财产、处理破产事务的人或组织。本文通过分析破产管理人的基本权利义务,比照了我国破产法的相关规定,提出了有关完善我国破产管理人权利义务的立法建议。
The insolvency representative refers to the person or organization designated by the court in the bankruptcy proceedings to manage the bankrupt property and deal with the bankruptcy affairs. By analyzing the basic rights and obligations of the bankruptcy administrator and comparing the relevant provisions of the Bankruptcy Law of our country, this article puts forward the legislative suggestions on improving the rights and obligations of the bankruptcy administrator in our country.
