受试验条件和加载设备所限,应用传统试验方法对整流罩冯·卡门曲面锥段夹层结构各飞行工况进行静力考核存在难以全面覆盖到或在局部产生严重过考核导致结构提前破坏的风险。运用工程方法和有限元分析方法,通过对各飞行设计工况载荷进行分站段优化、拆分、组合,完成了冯·卡门曲面锥段夹层结构在安全前提下的全面静力试验考核。有限元对比分析结果和对比验证试验结果证明这种方法及思路是有效的、合理的,为相类似曲面锥段的全面、安全静力考核试验提供了一种有效途径。
Due to the limited test conditions and loading equipment, the static test of the flight conditions of the cone von Karman curved section sandwich structure by the traditional test methods is difficult to fully cover or cause the risk of premature destruction of the structure caused by serious over-assessment locally . By engineering method and finite element analysis method, the overall static test of von Karman surface cone section sandwich structure under the safety premise is completed through sub-station optimization, disassembly and combination of the load of each flight design condition. The results of finite element analysis and comparative verification prove that this method and method are effective and reasonable, and provide an effective way for the comprehensive and safety static test of conic sections with similar curved surfaces.
