建筑设计行业的改革已经历了二十个寒暑,现已从探索研究阶段逐步过渡到具体实践阶段。大型建筑设计院在整个建筑设计行业中占有重要的地位,其改革思路、发展方向无疑对全行业的改革起着举足轻重的作用。建筑设计院体制改革的目标和方向已经确定,即建筑设计院在基本完成从事业单位向企业转制后,已建立起适应社会主义市场经济体制的要求,即符合行业特点,又充满生机与活力的建筑设计院新体制和运行机制。应本着大处着眼,小处着手,笔者对大型建筑设计院深化体制改革谈一点设想。
The reform of the architectural design industry has gone through twenty cold spells and is now gradually transitioning from the exploration phase to the concrete practice phase. Large-scale architectural design institutes occupy an important position in the entire architectural design industry. Their reform ideas and development directions undoubtedly play a decisive role in the reform of the entire industry.
