目的：为了探讨腰腿疼痛等疾病与脊神经根鞘的关系。方法：用巨视解剖和游标卡尺测量法对１５具尸体的胸腰脊神经根鞘进行了解剖学观察与测量。结果：①左、右胸腰脊神经根鞘长度和横径基本对称；②Ｔ１根鞘长度和横径大于其它胸神经根鞘，接近Ｌ２水平，Ｌ３～Ｌ５根鞘长度和横径大于其它胸腰神经根鞘，尤其Ｌ５更为突出；③胸腰脊神经根鞘开口式，由上向下，由２～３孔逐渐减至１孔。结论：①Ｔ１、Ｌ２～Ｌ５脊神经根鞘既长又粗，与周围接触范围大，受损危险增大；②根鞘开口式孔数由上向下减少，发生在鞘内的炎症和肿瘤引起前、后根同时受累的机会增多。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between spinal cord root sheath and other diseases such as waist and leg pain. Methods: Anatomical observation and measurement of thoracic and lumbar spine root sheaths of 15 corpses were performed with giant-scale anatomy and vernier caliper measurement. Results: ① The length and transverse diameter of the root sheath of left and right thoracic lumbar spines were basically symmetrical. ② The root sheath length and transverse diameter of T1 were greater than those of other thoracic radicel sheaths, approaching the level of L2. The length and diameter of L3 ~ L5 root sheath were greater than those of other thoracolumbar nerves Root sheath, especially L5 more prominent; ③ thoracolumbar nerve root sheath opening type, from top to bottom, gradually reduced from 2 to 3 holes to 1 hole. Conclusions: ①T1, L2 ~ L5 spinal nerve root sheath both long and thick, and the surrounding area of contact with a large, increased risk of injury; ② root sheath sheath opening hole number down from the down, occurred in the intrathecal inflammation and tumor before After the root at the same time the chance of involvement increased.
