本文提出了用径向加载器,在模拟径向切削力的条件下测量车床主轴回转精度的方法。得到了在精加工、半精加工范围内,车床主轴承载情况下主轴回转精度与转速与径向载荷的关系曲线。并且作了模拟加载与实际切削的对比试验。结果证明,在模拟加载条件下得到的测试结果,在一定程度上反映了实际切削时的主轴回转精度。本文还着重分析了几个典型的误差分量。实验证明:1.随转速的增加,主轴回转误差变化的趋势是明显的上升。2.切削力的变化对不同频率的误差分量的影响是不同的。但对回转误差总的幅值影响较小。3.主轴组件的振动状态和主轴前轴承的状态是影响主轴回转精度的主要因素。
In this paper, a method of measuring the turning accuracy of lathe spindle with radial loader under the condition of simulating radial cutting force is presented in this paper. The curves of spindle slewing accuracy and speed and radial load in the condition of finishing and semi-finishing are obtained under the condition of lathe spindle bearing. And made a simulation load and actual cutting comparison test. The results show that the test results obtained under simulated loading conditions, to a certain extent, reflect the spindle turning accuracy during actual cutting. This article also focuses on analyzing a few typical error components. Experiments show that: 1. With the increase of speed, spindle rotation error is a clear trend of change. 2. The influence of the variation of cutting force on the error components of different frequencies is different. But less impact on the total amplitude of slew error. 3. The vibration state of the spindle assembly and the state of the front bearing of the spindle are the main factors that affect the accuracy of the spindle rotation.
