职业核心能力是职业人除岗位专业技能之外的基本能力,是职业人胜任职业岗位、进行职业迁移必备的-种综合职业素养.现代学徒制养老护理人才职业核心能力的培养关乎养老行业与学生自身的发展.文中通过探索现代学徒制背景下养老护理人才职业核心能力培养途径,为高职院校深化养老护理人才教育目标、课程体系、教学方法和教学评价形式的改革提供参考.
