当前,科学技术以空前的速度发展,它的各种功能也得到极大的发挥。但物质财富丰富了,却出现了道德沦丧、价值观的迷惘。德育就其本质来说,是面向未来的,具有超越的本质,应当成为驾驭经济科技的力量。因而,当我们审视科学技术的社会功能时,要注意并发挥它的正面作用,正视并抑制它的负面影响。这体现了人类对科学技术发展的一种反思,开始思考道德重建的必要性。
At present, science and technology have been developing at an unprecedented rate and its various functions have also been greatly exerted. However, rich material wealth has resulted in the loss of morality and the confusion of values. Moral education, by its very nature, is geared to the future and has the essence of surpassing it and should become the power to harness economic and technological advances. Therefore, when we look at the social functions of science and technology, we should pay attention to and exert its positive role, and address and suppress its negative effects. This reflects a reflection on the development of science and technology by mankind and starts to think about the necessity of moral reconstruction.
