粮食在贮藏期中的发热是最使仓库保管同志感到头痛的事,因为发热的条件不同,就会引起贮粮量与质的变化。在量的变化上是带来了莫大的损耗;但在质的变化上则使大批粮食内含养分大量消失,致使食者引起某种营养分的缺乏病症。未经十分高热的粮食在外表上看不出什麽特异之点,然而其内在的碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质、维他命B_1是有所损耗的。因此,贮粮发热确是值得仓库保管同志严密注意
Fever in the storage period is the most troublesome thing for comrades in warehouse storage.
