1988年10月17日和18日在日本东京召开了第十届日本,南朝鲜原子能发电讨论会。南朝鲜以原子能产业协会付会长金善昶为首一行19人参加会议。这次会议就两国十年来提高原子能发电安全性和技术性上的问题作了回顾,并展望21世纪开发利用核发电的美好前景。主要讨论的课题有四项。原子能发电的运输管理状况分析,原子能发电对国民的反响,核燃料使用管理及运输现状研究,有关原子能发电的材料及相关结构的技术标准。
On October 17th and 18th, 1988, the tenth Japan and South Korea Atomic Power Conference was held in Tokyo, Japan. South Korea is headed by the chairman of the Atomic Energy Industry Association, Kim Shin-soo, and a group of 19 people attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the issues concerning the improvement of the safety and technical aspects of atomic power generation in the past ten years, and looked forward to the prospects for the development and utilization of nuclear power in the 21st century. There are four main topics for discussion. Analysis of the state of transportation management of atomic power generation, the response of atomic power generation to nationals, the management of nuclear fuel use and the current status of transportation, and the technical standards for materials and related structures related to atomic power generation.
