采用直线测量及形态分型法对50例婴儿痉挛症头颅CF变化进行分析。结果表明,不同病因可造成不同的头颅CT改变,产后因素多引起局限性病状;无病因可寻者多呈现弥漫性病变。随着头颅CF直线测量指标好转率的提高,其临床发作、脑电图及智体发育状态均有改善,前两项有统计学意义(秩和检验H=10.81;H=8.37,P<0.05)。第Ⅲ脑室正常者,智体发育预后好于第Ⅲ脑室扩大者,但无统计学意义(校正卡方χ~2=0.0768,P>0.05)。
50 cases of infantile spasms of head CF changes were analyzed by linear measurement and morphometry. The results showed that different causes can lead to different head CT changes, postpartum factors cause more limitations of the disease; no cause more than those who can be found diffuse lesions. With the improvement of the improvement rate of headline CF linear measurement index, the clinical seizure, EEG and mental development were improved, the first two were statistically significant (rank sum test H = 10.81; H = 8.37, P <0.05 ). The third ventricle normal, the development of mental development better than the third ventricular enlargement, but no statistical significance (chi square χ ~ 2 = 0.0768, P> 0.05).
