航空公司内部监察——监事会是依据《公司法》设置的公司内部的专门监督机构。公司内部监察的法定职责决定了它在公司运作中有着非常重要的作用。航空公司内部的监察工作,应当从直接监察、间接监察、系统监察等方面构建其辩证形态,以便使航空公司的内部监察制度发挥应有的功效,建立和完善有效的法人治理结构,为实现航空公司所追求的效率和安全目标,为航空公司的健康快速发展提供有力的保障。
