我国规范中规定改性沥青混合料的理论最大相对密度采用计算法确定,其精度取决于是否可以用集料的吸水率准确估算沥青吸收率。本研究通过机理分析、室内试验并综合国外的研究成果,表明沥青吸收率和吸水率的相关性是较低的,利用计算法确定沥青混合料理论最大相对密度是不可靠的。计算法只适用于混合料设计中对初始沥青用量的估计,在确定最佳沥青用量时(无论改性或非改性),其理论最大相对密度应采用实测法确定。
According to China’s regulation, the theoretical maximum relative density of modified asphalt mixture is determined by the calculation method, the accuracy of which depends on whether the asphalt absorption rate can be accurately estimated by the water absorption of aggregate. In this study, the mechanism analysis, indoor experiments and the comprehensive foreign research results show that the correlation between asphalt absorption rate and water absorption rate is low. Calculating the maximum relative density of asphalt mixture theory is not reliable. The calculation method is only applicable to the estimation of the initial asphalt content in the mixture design. When determining the optimal asphalt content (whether modified or unmodified), the theoretical maximum relative density should be determined by actual measurement.
