例1.戴××,女,27岁,工人。1984年7月1日下午7时许因家庭纠纷服雪上一枝蒿(长3毫米,直径8毫米)一片,继服白酒(量不详),当即口舌发麻,心悸、不安,口吐白沫,面青唇紫,15分钟后来院就诊。诊为雪上一枝蒿中毒。即予阿托品1毫克,去水吗啡5毫克催吐,清水10000毫升洗胃。半小时后神志清楚,瞳孔扩大,面色好转,观察数小时后自动出院。一月后随访无异常。
