图式理论,尤其是图式阅读理论,多年来为外语阅读教学提供了科学的理论基础。法律英语中存在大量艰深晦涩的法律术语(包括为数众多的外来词汇),以及通篇复杂冗长的复合句型,使得法律英语的学习尤为困难。因此,用图式理论指导法律英语阅读的学习显得尤为关键。
Schema theory, especially schema theory, has provided scientific theoretical basis for foreign language reading teaching for many years. Legal English has a large number of obscure legal terminology (including a large number of foreign words), as well as the complicated lengthy complex sentences, making the study of legal English is particularly difficult. Therefore, the use of schema theory to guide the study of legal English reading is particularly crucial.
