目的比较溃疡膏加白糖与碘伏凡士林纱布在治疗烧伤创面耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染的临床效果。方法选择我科2006年1月至2011年6月期间收治的烧伤患者,创面分泌物细菌培养为MRSA感染者60例,随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),实验组采用溃疡膏加白糖换药治疗,对照组采用碘伏凡士林纱布换药治疗。观察用药后1,3,5,7,9d创面分泌物MRSA培养阳性例数变化情况及治疗9天后创面治疗有效例数情况。结果所有实验组间差异用χ2进行差异显著性检验,实验组在治疗后3,5,7,9d创面分泌物MRSA培养阳性例数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组创面有效例数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论溃疡膏加白糖治疗烧伤创面MRSA感染,较对照组抗菌作用明显,且能有效的促进创面愈合,减轻患者换药痛苦,临床效果满意,方法简单可行,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of ulcer cream plus vanadium iodide Vaseline gauze in the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection on burn wounds. Methods A total of 60 patients with MRSA infection were selected from January 2006 to June 2011. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The experimental group Using ulcer cream plus sugar dressing treatment, the control group with iodine Vaseline gauze dressing treatment. After 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 days after treatment, the change of positive cases of MRSA in wound secretion and the effective cases of wound treatment after 9 days of treatment were observed. Results The differences among all the experimental groups were tested byχ2 test. The number of MRSA positive cases in the experimental group at 3, 5, 7 and 9 days after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). In the experimental group, effective wounds The number was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of MRSA with ulcer cream and white sugar is more effective than the control group in wound healing. It can effectively promote the wound healing and relieve the patient dressing change. The clinical effect is satisfactory. The method is simple and feasible and worthy of clinical application.
