本文分析了吉林市城区1988、1989、1991三年的婚检工作及查出的有关疾病患病情况,认为群众除对个别婚检项目有争议外,对其他大部分婚检项目是乐于接受的。开展婚检工作需要社会的重视和支持,特别是争取民政部门的密切配合很重要。婚检单位还应适当增加必要的婚检项目,对有碍婚育的疾病要采取针对性措施早防早治;并要严格培训婚检医生,坚持持证上岗制度。要摆正社会效益和经济效益的关系,确保婚检工作的服务质量。
This paper analyzes the premarital examination work and the related diseases in 1988, 1989 and 1991 in the urban area of Jilin City, and holds that the masses are willing to accept the majority of other premarital examination items in addition to being controversial about individual premarital examination items. Premarital examination work needs the attention and support of the community, especially for civil affairs departments to work closely together is very important. The institution of premarital examination should also appropriately increase the premarital examination items and take targeted precautionary and early-warning measures on the diseases that have an adverse effect on marriage and childbirth. The institution of premarital medical examination should be strictly trained and the certificate-holding system should be adhered to. It is necessary to straighten out the relationship between social benefits and economic benefits so as to ensure the service quality of premarital examination work.
