最近,轮胎滚动阻力的降低程度非常显著,这与汽车燃油消耗以及CO2排放有很大的关系。轮胎的滚动阻力又与胎面胶的滞后损失关系密切。研究认为,填充剂的分散性会影响滞后损失。通过溶液聚合已经开发出了在分子链末端引入官能团的溶液聚合丁苯橡胶(S-SBR),它能提高白炭黑的分散效果,显著降低白炭黑补强胶料的滞后损失。特别是分子链末端用氨基和烷氧基硅烷基官能团改性的S-SBR其胶料的滞后损失更低。
Recently, the reduction in tire rolling resistance is significant, which is strongly related to the fuel consumption of vehicles and CO2 emissions. The rolling resistance of the tire is closely related to the hysteresis loss of the tread rubber. The study concluded that the dispersion of fillers will affect the hysteresis loss. Solution-polymerized solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (S-SBR), which introduces functional groups at the molecular chain ends, has been developed by solution polymerization to improve the dispersion of silica and significantly reduce the hysteresis loss of silica-based reinforcing compounds. In particular, the S-SBR modified with amino and alkoxysilane functional groups at the molecular chain end has a lower hysteresis loss.
