2005年,北京市火情基本平稳,本年度未发生一起重、特大火灾事故。全年共发生火灾8498起,死50人,伤 114人,直接财产损失10280847元。与2004年相比,火灾次数增加416起,上升5．1%；死人减少9人,下降 15．3%；伤人减少13人,下降10．3%；直接损失减少1979378元,下降16．1%。全年共出动抢险救援2636起, 2853队次、3297车次,23079名消防官兵参与了抢险救援工作,共抢救各类事故伤者140人、死者103人。
In 2005, the fire in Beijing was basically stable. There was no heavy or big fire accident in this year. A total of 8498 fires occurred throughout the year, killing 50 people, wounding 114 people and directly causing 10280847 yuan of property loss. Compared with 2004, the number of fires increased by 416, an increase of 5.1%; the number of dead people decreased by 9, a decrease of 15.3%; injuries reduced by 13, a decrease of 10.3%; direct losses decreased by RMB1993,378, a decrease of 16%. 1%.
