目的:研究愈疡胶囊对正常小鼠外周血和脾T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:24只雄性昆明小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、阳性对照组、愈疡胶囊高剂量组和愈疡胶囊低剂量组;分别灌胃蒸馏水及相应药物,流式细胞仪测定外周血和脾淋巴细胞T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:与正常对照组比较,给药组能明显升高小鼠外周血和脾淋巴细胞T淋巴细胞亚群CD_4分子表达量(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论:愈疡胶囊可增强正常小鼠的细胞免疫功能,为该药的免疫增强作用提供了实验依据。
Objective: To study the effect of Yuyang Capsule on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and spleen of normal mice. Methods: Twenty-four male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, positive control group, high-dose Yuyu capsule group and low-dose Yuyu capsule group. The rats were infused with distilled water and corresponding drugs respectively. The peripheral blood and Splenic lymphocyte T lymphocyte subsets. Results: Compared with normal control group, the expression of CD_4 in T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood and splenic lymphocytes of mice in treatment group was significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.001). Conclusion: Yuyang Capsule can enhance the cellular immune function in normal mice and provide experimental basis for its immunopotentiating effect.
