在晚清政局中,总理各国事务衙门大臣、户部左侍郎张荫桓是个有争议的人物,对其在戊戌变法过程中所起的作用,学术界向未予以重视。事实上张荫桓与戊戌变法有着不可忽视的关系。只有全面探索他对变法的态度及实际介入情况,才能看出他到底是否维新派或“康党”。近年来,情况已有改变,且有对其作充分肯定者。本文拟就相关资料进行梳理,以求得出比较合理的结论。 In the political situation in the late Qing Dynasty, the minister of state affairs and Zhang Yinhuan, the minister of various nationalities in the premier, was a controversial figure who did not pay much attention to its role in the process of the 1898 Reform. In fact, Zhang Yinhuan and the Reform Movement of 1898 can not be ignored. Only by fully exploring his attitude toward the reform and his actual involvement can we see whether he is a reformer or a “healthy party.” In recent years, the situation has changed and there are fully affirmed. This article intends to sort out the relevant information in order to arrive at a more reasonable conclusion.
