国家科委即将公布有关刺激发展咨询业、信息业和技术服务业等新兴行业的政策措施。国家科委提出,今后将鼓励个人集资、引进外资等方式兴办科技服务业,并在财政拨款、银行贷款业务中建立项目,开辟正式资金渠道,支持科技人员兴办各种所有制的有关机构;简化有关机构的审批、登记、注册手续,确定合理的最低开办资金和人员标
The State Science and Technology Commission will soon publish policies and measures concerning the stimulating of development industries such as consulting industry, information industry and technology service industry. The State Science and Technology Commission proposed that individuals will be encouraged to raise funds and attract foreign capital in the future to set up science and technology service industries, establish projects in financial appropriations and bank loan businesses, open up formal funding channels, support scientific and technical personnel in setting up various ownership institutions, and simplify related issues.
