中药挥发油膜富集过程绿色环保,切实可行,具有良好的应用前景。该文以丁香、荆芥、佩兰、石菖蒲、辛夷、野菊花、香附、青皮8种含油水体为试验体系,在统一条件[截留相对分子质量为14万的聚偏氟乙烯膜(PVDF-14W),温度40℃,压力0.1 MPa,膜面速度150 r·min-1]下对上述8种含油水体进行过膜,探索中药含油水体的溶液环境对膜时通量和收油率的影响规律。结果表明,pH较小的体系通量相对较低,对挥发油截油率未表现出明显趋势;表面张力与纯水的表面张力相差越大,其截油率越小;电导率对膜富集过程未有显著影响规律;浊度大的体系通量低,对挥发油截油率未表现出明显趋势;重油的通量低于轻油的,而截油率略高于轻油;黏度较大的体系通量要比黏度较小的低,除辛夷挥发油外,挥发油的截油率明显高于黏度大的体系。试验结果为膜富集挥发油技术产业化推广提供一定数据支持和理论依据。
Volatile oil film enrichment process of Chinese medicine green, practical, with good prospects. In this paper, clove, Nepeta, Perilla, Acorus gramineus, Magnolia grandiflora, wild chrysanthemum, Cyperus rotundus, green skin eight kinds of oil-bearing water system as the experimental system, under the uniform conditions [retained relative molecular weight of 140,000 polyvinylidene fluoride membrane (PVDF- 14W), temperature 40 ℃, pressure 0.1 MPa, membrane velocity 150 r · min-1] were used to study the influence of the solution environment on the membrane flux and oil recovery rate law. The results showed that the flux of the system with smaller pH was relatively lower and the intercepting rate of the volatile oil did not show a clear trend. The larger the difference between the surface tension and the surface tension of pure water, the smaller the interception rate; The process did not significantly affect the law; the turbidity of the system flux is low, the volatile oil interception rate showed no obvious trend; heavy oil flux is lower than the light oil, and the interception rate slightly higher than the light oil; Of the system flux than the viscosity of a small low, except Xinyi volatile oil, the volatile oil interception rate was significantly higher viscosity system. The experimental results provide some data support and theoretical basis for industrialization of membrane-enriched volatile oil technology.
