一、转化工序性质的意义 任何工程都必须经历既相互依赖,而又相互制约,既对立而又统一的多工序始能完成。工序虽各有其性质,但归纳起来,无非是主导工序与附属工序两种。各主导工序工期之和组成总工期,构成主要矛盾线(统筹法的名称)。附属工序在其相应的主导工序的工期内完成,与主导工序穿插施工,不独自占用工期。
