以柠条锦鸡儿(Caragana korshinskii)细根为研究对象,在赤峰市敖汉旗黄花甸子流域研究区,运用EPSON根系扫描仪和Winrhizo根系系统对柠条锦鸡儿细根特征进行分析,研究了柠条锦鸡儿细根根长密度随不同土层深度变化规律以及其与土壤养分和含水率的关系。结果表明:柠条锦鸡儿细根根长密度随土层深度的加深,总体呈递减的趋势,细根根长密度于0~20cm层达到最大值;通过细根特征与土壤养分和含水率分析,发现柠条细根根长密度与土壤养分相关性最大,与含水率相关性不明显。该研究旨在为北方农牧交错带植被恢复提供参考依据。
In this study, the fine roots of Caragana korshinskii were used as research objects. The fine root characteristics of Caragana korshinskii in Huanghuadian sub-region of Aohan Banner, Chifeng City were analyzed using EPSON root scanner and Winrhizo root system. Variation of root length density of Caragana microphylla root in different soil layers and its relationship with soil nutrient and water cut. The results showed that the fine root length of Caragana korshinskii showed a decreasing trend with the depth of soil depth increasing. The root length density of fine roots reached the maximum at 0 ~ 20 cm layer. By fine root characteristics and soil nutrient and water cut The results showed that the root length density of Caragana korshinskii roots had the highest correlation with soil nutrients, and the correlation with moisture content was not significant. The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the restoration of vegetation in the ecotone between agriculture and animal husbandry in northern China.
