开放教育试点和人才培养模式改革的教学实践及课题研究是天津广播电视大学全部教学工作的重中之重,全体师生员工极为重视。开学之初,我们根据“不了解讲课对象、不了解学员,就没有讲课权”这一教学原则,把开放教育试点工作的启动,从深入了解学生,分析、研究学员基本情况入手,以便于针对每位学员不同情况,帮助学员定出自主学习计划和学习方法,组织互帮互学的学习小组,促使学员主动学习,使教师教课有的放矢,使全部教与学的活动得到有效管理。为此,我们针对开放教育的教与学的特点,设计了一张包含六大类近一百个填空内容的综合调查表,对市电大直属站金融学(专升本)专业学员进行调查。发出的188份调查表全部收回。下面是依据调查材料所做的说明和分析:
The teaching practice and research on the reform of open education pilot and personnel training mode are the most important part of all teaching work in Tianjin Radio and Television University. All teachers and students attach great importance to the teaching. At the beginning of the school, according to the teaching principle of “Do not understand the subject of the lecture, do not understand the students, there is no right to lecture”. Starting with the pilot education in open education, we should start with understanding the students, analyzing and studying the basic situation of the students, Each trainee can help learners to formulate their own learning plans and learning methods according to different situations and organize learning groups to help each other learn actively so that teachers can teach in a targeted manner so that all teaching and learning activities can be effectively managed. To this end, in response to the characteristics of teaching and learning in open education, we have designed a comprehensive questionnaire containing nearly 100 blank-fillings in six broad categories to investigate the major trainees of financial standing (directly undergraduate) in Finance and Economics at Zhushin University. All 188 questionnaires sent back were withdrawn. The following is the description and analysis based on the survey materials:
