通过对无症状早搏及感染性心肌炎恢复期组动态心电图观察 ,发现无症状早搏大多属功能性早搏 ,而心肌炎恢复期组患儿虽然其心电图 (常规 )正常或改变轻微 ,临床亦无症状 ,若动态心电图结果为阳性 ,则提示需长期服药随访 ,并限量活动。因此 ,动态心电图有助于对心律失常进行定量和定性的诊断 ,适用于儿童各年龄组。 Through the observation of asymptomatic premature beats and convalescent myocarditis in active myocardium, we found that asymptomatic premature beats are mostly functional premature beats. In the convalescent myocarditis group, although their electrocardiograms (normal) were normal or slightly changed, they were also asymptomatic The result of Holter’s test is positive, which indicates the need for long-term medication follow-up and limited activity. Therefore, ambulatory electrocardiogram helps to quantitative and qualitative diagnosis of arrhythmia, suitable for all age groups in children.
