区域性政府情报机构是区域性政府为弥补区域内企业情报机构的不足而专设的为企业和政府提供战略性、前瞻性信息情报,推动区域经济发展的高级情报机构。在信息时代,区域性政府情报机构应成为企业信息情报服务的主力军。文章认为区域性政府情报机构要树立市场营销意识,从情报的收集、分析和运用等环节着手,全力打造竞争情报商品,实现对企业的信息情报服务。
Regional government intelligence agencies are the special high-level intelligence agencies that regional governments provide strategically and forward-looking information intelligence to promote the development of regional economy for enterprises and governments to make up for the deficiencies of the enterprises’ intelligence agencies in the region. In the information age, the regional government intelligence agencies should become the main force of enterprise information intelligence services. The article holds that the regional government intelligence agencies should establish the marketing awareness and start with the collection, analysis and application of intelligence, so as to create competitive intelligence products and realize the information intelligence service for enterprises.
