采用鲤鱼GtHβ-亚基(cGtHβ)的标准品和抗血清建立了斑鳠异源的促性腺激素(Gonadotropin,GtH)放射免疫测定技术,并对斑鳠性腺指数(Gonadosomatic index,GSI)和GtH分泌的季节变化,以及埋植甲基睾酮(17α-methyl-testosterone,MT)对斑鳠GtH分泌的影响进行了研究。结果表明:斑鳠雌雄鱼GSI值分别在5月份和6月份达到最高,与其他月份相比有显著性提高(P<0.05);斑鳠雌鱼血清GtH水平在6月份达到最高,与10月和12月相比有显著性提高(P<0.05),斑鳠雄鱼血清GtH水平在6月份达到最高,4月、10月和12月相比有显著性提高(P<0.05);雌雄鱼血清GtH水平表现出基本相同的变化趋势,并且血清GtH水平差异不显著(P>0.05);埋植MT对斑鳠雌雄鱼血清GtH水平有一定影响,在性腺发育初期能提高雌雄鱼血清GtH水平,而在性腺成熟和排卵期能降低雌雄鱼血清GtH水平。上述结果表明在斑鳠的人工繁殖中可以采用埋植MT的方法对斑鳠进行催熟和催产。

The above results show that in the artificial breeding of cantata can be embedded MT method of cantharidant ripening and oxytocin.
