本文分三个部分论述了北京市边远山区农民教育应如何适应市场经济的需要,建立多元化办学主体管理机制的问题。一、从全市边远山区自然.经济与人口分布状况和现行农民教育管理与办学体制出发,提出了办学机制改革的客观需要;二、在“初级阶段”已经出现多种所有制,农民教育应适应所有制形式的变化,培养多元化的办学主体,鼓励支持农民教育社会办;三、建立与多元化办学主体相适应的管理体制的现实根据与可能及对策建立。
