医学高技术的引进和应用对医学发展和提高具有重要影响。但目前我国医疗部门对其过热的引进和大量不合国力、财力和人力的配置,以及临床上的滥用,已产生了一系列的严重后果,这些后果对医疗卫生部门的建设、对医学科学水平的稳步发展和对全社会的影响都是不利的,文章在分析以上后果后,对全面认识医学高技术及有选择、分时序地发展和使用医学高技术提出了自己的见解。
The introduction and application of medical high technology has important influence on the development and improvement of medicine. But at present, China’s medical sector has caused a series of serious consequences for its overheated introduction and the large number of disproportionate national, financial, and human resources as well as clinical abuses. These consequences have affected the construction of the medical and health sector and the level of medical science. Steady development and its impact on society as a whole are all unfavorable. After analyzing the above-mentioned consequences, the article puts forward its own views on the comprehensive understanding of medical high technology and the development and use of medical high technology at selected times.
