基于多孔体金属材料的塑性变形理论和体积可压缩的刚塑性有限元理论,导出了适合于分析多孔体金属材料塑性变形的有限元公式,并对多孔体金属材料的塑性变形过程进行了数值模拟。分析了摩擦因子、坯料高径比、模具型式和工件形状等因素对多孔体金属材料塑性变形的影响。
Based on the plastic deformation theory of porous metal material and the compressible rigid-plastic finite element theory of volume, a finite element formula suitable for analyzing the plastic deformation of porous metal was derived and the plastic deformation process of porous metal was numerically simulated . The effects of friction factor, aspect ratio, mold type and workpiece shape on the plastic deformation of porous metal were analyzed.
